Difference Between Black Steel Pipe And Hot-Dipped Galvanized Steel Pipe

The black square steel pipe is the base metal square pipe before galvanizing. Hot dip galvanized square steel pipe is to unpack, flatten, curl and weld hot rolled steel strip into round steel pipe, and then roll the round steel pipe into a processed black square steel pipe. The black square steel pipe will be taken to the hot dip galvanizing plant for high temperature galvanizing at 1000 degrees, and the hot dip galvanized square steel pipe can only be processed if its wall thickness is above 2mm.
